I so much love the idea of couples making a charitable donation in lieu of buying party favors, that I turned an article of mine on the subject into fundraising flyers for distribution by charitable organizations — or anyone else who thinks this idea can help build a better world! With these flyers, encourage members of your community to make a gift to a charitable organization in honor of their guests with the portion of their simcha budget that they would otherwise use to purchase party favors. |
