Returns

Huppahs, poles, and fabric items are made to order and are not returnable.

If we have made an error or the product arrives damaged, contact us by e-mail at customer-service@huppahs.com within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise, as determined by the shipping delivery date.

Absolutely no packages will be accepted without prior contact.

Please note: Due to variations in fabrics and materials used in hand-crafted items, slight variations in the texture, color, and appearance of these items can occur.
