Payment and Payment Clearing

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Please Note: Payments via credit card or PayPay can take up to 3-5 business days to clear. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and fulfillment of your order will begin.

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address or P.O. Box in the world. If you request shipping to an address outside the continental U.S., we will calculate the shipping rate accordingly. A $7.50 surcharge will apply to orders outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and shipping of your order, as most of our products are crafted by hand. Custom made-to-order items may take longer. We cannot/do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates. Time-in-transit estimates are based on the dates orders are shipped, not the dates orders are received.

Shipping often takes longer during peak holiday seasons. Remember to allow extra time for shipping when ordering items for holiday seasons.

E-mail communications

You can expect to receive several e-mails from us between the day you place your order and the day you receive it. You will receive an e-mail when you place your order, when fulfillment begins on your order, when work has been completed, and when your order is shipped. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number when available.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to orders that have a "Bill to" address in Maryland.
